Red is the colour of anger,
welling up inside of me.
Orange is the colour of fun,
and all my happy energy.
Yellow is the colour of the sun,
which makes me feel happy and warm.
Green is the colour of giggles and laughts,
midnight feasts in a boarding school dorm'.
Blue is the colour of calm and cool,
like swimming in a summer pool.
Purple is the colour of arty ideas,
crayons and pencils and paint.
Pink is the colour of blushing and happy,
love and kisses and all stuff that's sappy.
Colours describe how we feel every day,
so listen to colours.
They'll help you find your way.

This was a Patrick Wolf gig I went to in Cologne in one of the best clubs in my town called Gebäude 9. A very small and swetty place, but never the less one of the coolest things you could go to when wanting to be totally alternative and indie. :P

Eva; Nico in lace

In this week I looked at many magazines for getting insperations. After looking at so many amazing photos, I decided to just put every texture I can find in my bag to the studio. When I photographed my friend Nico, I hold the textures in front of her face. We knew immediately which didn't work and which worked. I wanted to make the photos to somehow look secret, because the texture prevent the view of the face.

As we studied different lines and shapes in our photography lesson, I really concentraded on textures this week. That's why I photographed every possible line which I liked: walls, water drops and clothes. They are very useful for backgrounds as well!

Some pictures I on my way back home. The last two are from a production I saw in Bregenz, Autria. The stage was built in the water; a very impressive show.

When you look at these photos listen to the song more than letters from Benjamin Francis Leftwich and I hope you can feel the emotions I wanted to create. Because you know when you listen to song and you have the pictures of the song in your head but can't express it? That is why I tried show these pictures through my photographs!

Eva; A fairy tale

For me the smell of flowers, candles and freedom is the most incredible experience.Through a very natural style I wanted to recreate this in my photos. Headbands always remind me of beautiful festival moments, that is why I used them in every single photo. The red one is from the Notting Hill Market. The other one is from the shop Episode (http://www.episode-online.eu/) which has amazing vintage chlothes.

Eva; self-portraits...

Sometimes I can´t believe how you can be overwhelmed by nature. When I´m at the seaside and looking at the sun, which is starting to hide in the ocean, I feel free and unbelievably happy. You don´t have to think about the stressful things in life at that moment, you´re just there looking at beauty.

Grace; The Mehran Mocha cake :D

I introduce the Mehran Mocha cake! An scrummdiddlyupmtious mix of coffee and chocolate, topped off with chocolate icing and dark chocolate shavings. Tasted like brownies, nom.

They say you have to crack a few eggs to make a good omlette...shame I wasn't making omlettes.
